Ensure accuracy of asks, pledge cards, and other supporting materials with supervisory staff. Manage a portfolio of donors, meeting with them regularly and working with them to build an understanding of their philanthropic interests and how United Way can deepen our relationship with them.īuild and execute process for identifying and engaging donors and major gift prospects at many different giving levels.Įnsure all current donors, lapsed donors and prospects are solicited appropriately. Manage and execute United Way’s donor engagement strategies and processes. The manager will be responsible for managing department pledges to ensure timely follow up, administering tax credits, and annual giving.ĭevelop strategies that allow United Way to meet the needs of our donors. The manager will maintain and refine a moves management system for Leadership Society donors who give between $5,000 and $15,000. The manager will support the Director of Major and Planned Gifts with donors in our Alexis de Tocqueville Society. The Manager of Major Gifts helps steward and build relationships with United Way’s major donors.
